I have also been Halifax many times, and it is not the crime infested city that this hustler and huckster is trying to say it is. He faked his own kidnapping to denigrate the NYC Police. He faked crime reports, which by the way is a felony in NY City. He never graduated any law inforcement academy, and was never asked, "why didn't you just become a police officer?" If crime in NYC was so bad, why did you have to FAKE crime reports? He is a sick individual who needs to fulfill some strange need to be noticed.
